FAQ

We are a proud women-owned and Hispanic-owned Pilates studio with just eight reformers—and we believe that’s our magic. Our smaller class sizes mean you’ll receive more attention, deeper connection, and a higher-quality experience every time you walk through our doors.

We offer 15 unique class types to keep your practice fresh, challenging, and fun. Our schedule alternates weekly, and classes are released every Sunday at 5:00 PM—so set your alarms and grab your spots early!

Thank you for choosing to move with us. We’re so glad you’re here.

I’m New! What Should I Know Before My First Class?

To help us keep things flowing smoothly, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes before class. This gives our friendly instructors time to get you settled, answer any questions, and chat about any injuries or modifications needed for your comfort and safety. Grip socks are required (available for purchase in-studio), and we recommend wearing fitted activewear and bringing water. Your instructor will guide you through everything—even if you’ve never touched a reformer before. A 5-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 5-minutes late you will not be allowed to join the class- this will result in the forfeiture of your credit.

What Class Types Do You Offer?

We offer 15 different class types, ranging from beginner-friendly foundations to advanced burn sessions, cardio-infused flows, and recovery-focused formats. There’s something for every mood, level, and goal. Our class descriptions can aid in your selection. (Our foundations class is called REFINE + ALIGN)
